Please read the following information before submitting your
Commission Art Request Form.
Once you have completed & submitted your Commission Art Request Form you will be contacted regarding specific details of the art piece you would like to commission artist Ashley Reynolds for. This may include but is not limited the artist requesting additional photos, information, documents regarding the specifications of the artwork to be completed.
After your Commission Art Request Form is completed, the artist will review and discuss all of the necessary details with you before your order can be processed. The artist will then determine an estimated price of the artwork you wish to have created and request a *non-refundable advanced deposit in the amount of 50% of your estimated total cost.
*YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL YOUR DEPOSIT PAYMENT IS RECEIVED*
*Art commissions are very time consuming therefore the artist cannot refund your deposit once your order is placed.
*The deposit will be deducted from the total balance of your order prior to shipment or pick-up.
*Prices are subject to change based on your specifications, additions and details.
*Additional fees & remaining balance total will be assessed and collected upon completion of your commissioned art project prior to shipping or pick-up.*
